I was inquiring about scooters, and unlike most larger motorcycle/sports shops, I wasn't pushed into the "Oh, just get a motorcycle" conversation. "My wife and I had been riding for approx 6 years and have purchased a couple motorcyles in those last 6 years...Last year in June we were looking to upgrade my wife into a heavier bike that could help her to be more comfortable on longer rides... We had gone to most dealers from Latham, Troy and Schenectady area to the Glens Falls area. Finally we went to Sportline on Quaker road.... Of all the dealers that we had been to, Sportline was far above the other dealers in helping us with picking out the right bike for my wife... We were so impressed with the professional courtesy and kindness that Andy had shown to us that not only did my wife purchase her bike but so did the two friends that were with us, who were just getting into motorcycling for the first time. We really appreciated the fact that there wasn't any high pressure sales involved at all, just a friend helping us to make the right decission... Needless to say in August I traded my bike in at Sportline for a Shadow Spirit 1100.... So in summary we had not found anywhere the kindness, thoughtfulness and satifaction that we've found at Sportline... We offer our thanks to all those at Sportline for helping to make motorcycling a pleasurable experience for us...."
